Fusion — Sovereign Multi-Modal RAG Platform

The same engine ships in two deployment modes — a fully air-gapped sovereign appliance on your hardware, or a managed deployment inside your VPC — so the choice between data sovereignty and operational convenience is yours, not your vendor's. Every answer is grounded in your private corpus and traceable back to the source documents that produced it.
How It Works
Documents are ingested through a secure pipeline that converts unstructured text, images, PDFs, and scanned material into vector embeddings stored entirely inside the deployment boundary you choose. When operators query the system through agentic chat, Fusion semantically retrieves the most relevant passages and images, synthesizes a grounded answer using locally-hosted large language models, and emits citations linking every claim back to its source. The entire inference chain runs on hardware you control — no third-party API calls, no model weight uploads, no telemetry leaving the perimeter.

The On Guard — Autonomous Biped Defense Platform

An eight-foot autonomous bipedal defense platform engineered for sovereign asset protection, perimeter security, and threat neutralization. The On Guard operates with full on-board spatial reasoning — no cloud dependency, no remote kill switches, no external control surfaces.
How It Works
The On Guard processes all sensor fusion, spatial reasoning, and locomotion decisions on-board using edge compute hardware running on the Neotheos Neural Fabric. Multi-modal perception combines LiDAR, thermal imaging, and stereoscopic visual arrays through a local neural pipeline for real-time environmental mapping, threat classification, and engagement decisions. Bipedal locomotion enables traversal of complex terrain — stairs, rubble, slopes, and confined spaces inaccessible to wheeled or tracked platforms. The platform operates fully autonomously in GPS-denied and communication-limited environments, coordinating via encrypted mesh radio when connectivity is available.

Architecture Overview
The Neural Fabric operates as a distributed compute mesh across Proxmox-orchestrated bare-metal nodes, each equipped with NVIDIA GPU acceleration. The architecture implements a multi-agent coordination layer where specialized AI agents collaborate on complex reasoning tasks through a shared context bus. All telemetry, model weights, and inference results remain within the local network boundary, achieving sovereign AI capability without sacrificing the multi-model orchestration patterns typically only available through cloud platforms.
